So nobody else is having problems with the program making drawers?
I have ran a repair and still the program shuts down when I try to make a drawer. I have tried to make a drawer every way the program allows and it still shuts down.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Turn off UAC in Windows until the next build comes out.

That fixed it, but when the next build comes out then I need to turn UAC back on?

Yes, when you get the new build I would recommend turning UAC back on.
