cant get downloadable library to work

anybody have any ideas why the libraries i save on my desktop wont run on my xp desktop or my 7 laptop , keep getting error msg 1334 i will attach a screenshot of the msg. it is with multiple different libraries all with the same results , thanks for any help

I, too am getting this error message. I have tried on two different desktops running xp and get the same error message. I have tried multiple libraries as well. Any ideas would be appreciated. Jim

was told that they are not working with current build and that they are working on fixing this problem with next build , not sure if u have old version if u can download them then update but i dont have an old version to try , hope it wont be to long for this update

I have just tried it on my vista machine at home and I can get them installed but the program crashes when trying to place cabinets in the kitchen.

When trying to place a Blindcorner base the program crashes. It seems to be happening on units with drawers.
The unit I was trying to place was in the eCab Framed Library001. #001F Base_Blindcorner right.hsf

It pops up a box that says: eCabinets Systems: Drawer box creation progress - creating cnc output. It processes for a few seconds and then crashes. Any Ideas? or is this a known issue?

Got it to work in Vista by turning off User Account Controls.
