downloading ecabinet

Hi,
I need to download another copy of ecabinet. I notice on the download page it says "if you are a member, do not use this link". If I'm registered in this forum am I a "member"? If not, should I join and download?

Members are considered those registered to use eCabinet Systems software.
If you have eCabinets on another computer, you are a member.
