Script Error

I have a problem with my ecab - long story short, my main computer that I used for ecabs died :cry:
my other computer has ecabs on it and was working fine but now...

I get a script error

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/All%20Users/Application%20Data/Thermwood/eCabinet%20Systems/html/offline_content/JScript/FileItem.js

I have run the V6 Build 4 and tried the repair - no help so i tried the remove and then install but no help
do I need to do the remove and then delete all signs of ecab then install ? or what did I brake ?
