Unexpected pocketing routine

Post by Josh Rayburn »

Good morning,
My problems with CN5.58 persist....
See attached export file and cabinet file. TWD file should be with the export.

When I load the file in CN I uncheck all pocket tools and try to nest. (the job is not supposed to have any pockets in it for sure)
I then get errors advising me to set up pocketing tools for dado operations.
This does not make any sense.
If I ignore the errors and write code, I have no problems, the code writes fine, and there are no "error" lines in the code.

If I do what the dialog tells me to do, I get pockets happening on top of the blind dado operations and I've attached a PDF which should illustrate what I'm seeing - the blind dado operation takes place, then a pocket happens right on top of it, but overruns the boundary of the blind dado and nicks the part next to it.

Can anyone shed light on what's happening here?
Much appreciated,
jnr

Update:
The error was cabinet related, that sucker was older than betty white.
Scott, many thanks for your time and efforts on the phone to help diagnose this problem, much appreciated!
