alignment problem

Post by John Powell »

Hi Its John from OZ again.
Now i cant align parts. When i highlight the parts i want to align
(these are 2 display panels) they have the green cross hatch pattern
I then click on the node on the first panel, so far ok, but then when
i click on the 2nd panel to align the cross hatch pattern disappears
from the first piece and i dont get the red node on this 2nd piece
therefore i cannot align the two.
I seem to be having quite a few problems since version 6. I am loosing
too much time trying to dance around errors instead of producing
furniture. is anyone else experiencing this frustration.
Thanks John.

John,

I have this problem as well. Hold the M key down on your keyboard (to show all nodes) and select your alignment nodes while still holding the key. This seems to help me.
