What is the maximum Z cut on a 43. I can't find this in the specifications on the website and I don't have access to the manual.

Hi Kerry,
The Model 43 has 4 inches clearance, but we utilize 9.5" of stroke due to tool change requirements. The spindle manufacturer has a 3.25 tool length limitation. If you look at the Side view on the Dimensions page for 43, it will also give you an idea of how the clearance is defined.
