Figureing Countertops

I am trying to figure out the tops for the peninsula (curved section). How do you figure the laminate sheet for this? I am wanting to see if I can use one sheet turned diagonal so as to avoid a seam. Is there a mathematical equation that gives the distance for this? The top will have a 12" overhang.

I can't read your dims. but if you take your layout into the Line Drawing Editor then you could put an exact length to your counters and would know if you could get it out of a 12x5 sheet of laminate. If you can't then post the job and we will see what we can do.
