I need a small fixture machined from mdf, rough dimensions are 7.5 x 7.5 x 1.5". It's all 2d machining. MDF can be glued up. If the fixture works, would like at least one fixture to be machined from a block or nylon or UHMW. I'm estimating machine time about 10 minutes in mdf. Tools probably would be a 1/2 dc2fl, 1/4 dc2fl, 1/4 drill, 1/8" round over and 1/8" dc2fl in an extension chuck.
