Hey all,
I've got another challenge... Rear Toe Kick.
I'm designing some transaction counter cabinets. These are cabinets where a clerk at a store stands at the front of the cabinet where the drawer/doors would be and a customer stands on the other side (the back).
I'm looking for help with putting a toe kick on the back.
I've cut out the lower back portion of each side panel of the cabinet. I don't see any provision in the toe kick tab to add a toe kick in the back of a cabinet in the main parameters/construction settings. So I tried putting a stretcher back there. No problem but the stretcher runs between the inside surfaces and I need the part to span from side panel to side panel on the outside surfaces. So say my cabinet is 25.5" wide... I need that part to be 25.5" as well.
So essentially I think I need to make this a "nailer" really... surface mounted on the back face of those notches I cut out. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Heath

Re: Rear Toe Kick
Whoa, figger'd it out.
Cut out the side panels at the rear and found that in the adjust stretcher mode there were two additional parameters (#5 and #6) that I could force to negative numbers, lock down and make that stretcher sit out on the cut faces of those side panels to make a rear toe kick.
