Contour Editor front and back

Basically I want to be able to apply hole patterns to two one side then the other side of a part and then create the cut geometry in PE.

I can't seem to be able to bring a part into PE, select the opposite side of the part and then take that to contour editor. When I go to the contour editor it always defaults back to the side I don't want. The main/default side works fine in contour editor but not the back side of the part.

Donald,

When you go to the contour area, the part becomes purposely transparent. So, are you sure you are on the wrong side or are you just seeing details from the reverse side?
