downloading 3D image

downloading 3D image
Have been trying to save Rangehood by David Norton on P6 of 3D files.Can get it to the DPE but when I click to save nothing happens.If I exit the editor it says the programme isn't responding.Any ideas?

Al,
I didn't have any trouble with that file. I opened it in the Display part Editor and then saved it with no problems.
You can paste that .hsf file in your eCabinets/import folder and use it in the cabinet editor or custom layout without having to open it in the Display Part Editor.
The Stainless hood on page 2 that you ask me about in your PM is an assembly and must be pasted in your eCabinets/Assemblies folder and then you can access it in the cabinet editor or or custom layout by loading the assembly.
