angled top
Hi could some one help me rotate this top to match the sides i have tried angle part in construction setting but have had no success.

Make your top a display panel. thats the only way I have been able to rotate cabinet parts.

I would use a stretcher for this part. The stretcher can be rotated and will create different joinery and re-size with the cabinet to a certain extent.

Yes I agree with Kerry strechers are easier to use.
I was on another tack.
I laid a cabinet on its door to create a unit similar to yours and used the angled part controls. Just another option
