Setting cost per linear feet for cabinets

Post by Donald Thomson »

Is it possible to input a price per linear foot for different types of cabinets? I would like to create a library of seed cabinets with a price per linear foot versus fixed price based on labor and materials.

This would be VERY handy for those who have a good handle on their costs. With this feature, it would be possible to change cabinet dimensions and eCabs would give us the new price based on width of the cabinet.

So, if I know that my pricing for a 36" tall by 14" deep upper cabinet with two doors is $110 per linear foot, if I make a cabinet 31.5" wide, eCabs will give me the new price.
Sincerely,

Don Thomson

I don’t know how complicated it would be but it would be nice to be able to do something like that on a cabinet to cabinet bases $per foot, $ per square foot or$ per cubic foot when we are developing our libraries. Also in the batch and custom layout have the ability to select cabinets and adjust these prices.
