I have been hearing what I belive to be worn bearing noises coming from the spindle on a 1998 c53 3 axis router. It is the old style spindle driven off the large motor and not and HSD.
Has anyone ever changed one off these bearing themselves? Im guess the tramming and realightment of the head may be one of the hardest parts?
Just looking for some advise and pointers on tackling the job.
