beaded panel doors

Hello everyone, I'm searching for help with designing cabinet doors. I'm not sure if I can create a beaded 1/4" flat panel door in ecabs or is there another way that I can design doors and be able to select them from the door editor. Is this something best done in a CAD program and would they be resizable like the Conestoga doors ? I frequently do tall split panel doors with lower wood panel and upper glass panel and am only able to do standard style doors thru the editor. I generally buy out the doors but would like to be able to include these doors for pricing and visual representation. I have been doing 2 doors and overlapping the rails but that's very time consuming and problematic when changing cabinet sizes. Any replies are greatly appreciated.
