CS40 4X8 goes into estop when homeing machine

Hello everyone,

We have a 4X8 CS 40. Recently we have been having issues with the machine going into error mode.

I have a few screen shots of the the error and the history but i cannot attach the .bmp file to this post.(gives me error invalid file)

A screen is displayed Siemens Feed Module

I have to then open the panel door and reset the Siemens Feed Module.

In the PLC history is states the following errors

Error 88
Siemens Feed Module Fault (input 63)
Error 62
Siemens Feed Module Fault (input 63)
Error 65
Siemens Feed Module Fault (input 63)
Error 9
Siemens Feed Module Fault (input 63)
Error 73
Siemens Feed Module Fault (input 63)
Error 73

This only started to happen recently.

Any Ideas?
