Notes in Line Editor

Notes in Line Editor

Is anyone else having this problem when making notes in the line editor? I hit the note button and when I press the mouse button on the page to create a note, can't write a note, have to hit the mouse button several times before I'm finally able to write- just kinda frustrating, think I'm writing something and there's nothing on the page. So then I just tap, tap, tap till I can write.
