newly built pc not being used to potential

I need some help here. I just recently built what I thought was a pretty good machine to work with Ecabinets, but the performance is underwhelming.
This is what I have.
Windows 10 pro
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3800x
Motherboard: MSI mpg x570
Hard drive: Corsair Force series Gen.4 PCIe MP600, 500GB NVMe M.2 ssd
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3600
Video card: Nvidia Quadro M4000
PSU: Corsair 650W

I don't know where the bottle neck is exactly, because when I load a large kitchens and I want to either change the materials or nest it is extremely long and it marks not responding for a while then eventually continues.
When I look in task manager or resource monitor nothing is even close to 100%.
Can anyone help me please? :wall: :wall:
