Saving a Created Tool

Saving a Created Tool
I,m having trouble saving a tool profile. When I try to save a created profile I'm only given the aption to sav as an x_t file instead of a tol file. I've created and saved tools in the past (been a while), what am I doing wrong?

You need to choose the Create Tool button (looks like an arrow pointing to a piece of molding).
