When machining dovetail dwrs from baltic birch we do a back notch for the undermount slides. Because of the machining order (skin before dovetail cut) it sometimes breaks the little tab off, I would say 1 in 100 times and always on the same end. If the order was changed to only skin the ends (instead of all the way around) before it cuts the dovetails it would eliminate this possibility.

Just FYI, I use another software that handles the machining this way and it eliminates the problem 100%.
