when you manually move a part and you forget to click on recalculate off falls, it just cuts right thru the piece that you moved because it thinks the part isn't there. and it's cutting out the shape off the off fall the machine thinks is there it would be nice if it was done automatically, or if that is too complicated, maybe grey out the "write CNC" button until it has been done?
or even just having a message pop up when clicking write CNC to say that the off falls weren't calculated.

Re: recalculate off falls automatically
Thanks for the information! We'll work on a warning for this and fix the incorrect cnc output.

Re: recalculate off falls automatically
I believe I spoke too soon. I am having trouble reproducing the bad cnc code. You mentioned the Off-Fall was visually removed when you moved a part and the resulting cnc code still had the Off-Fall being cut. The result I am getting does not do this. Please send an export to us (program@thermwood.com) with steps and hopefully we can find the problem. Thanks!
