Label printer tools greyed out

Just wondering if I could get pointed in the right direction, thanks.

I noticed in the upgrade 7.7 and 7.8 that there were some printing options added.

However my menu for label printer tools is greyed out.

I downloaded the (Crystal Report Runtime for CNC nest reporting) from the link under control nesting because, I am guessing ? that has to do with the labeling program?

I run the installer but it is asking for a disc.

Any help appreciated.

That is for machines that have automatic labelers. There are things in there to park the machine to get to the label printer, reset label count, etc. It will be greyed out unless you have an auto labeler.

The features for 7.08 were additions to the database per customer request. They wanted cabinet dimensions on the label to make a label for cabinet packaging. The same customer needed batch cabinets split in to individual cabinets for labeling. The QR code option replaces the barcode in favor of a QR code. We recently switched barcode scanners that are sold with the machine and it is QR capable so we added the functionality in. The .rpt file should exist with the update, you would just need a scanner that can read QR codes to use it.
