ecab or control nest problem

ecab or control nest problem
i am not sure if this is being caused by the new version of ecab or the new version of the control nesting software, or a combination of the two. in the past, the 1/2 inch rabbet at the back of the gables for the backs was always cut with our 1/2 inch dia bit. as far as i know, i have not changed any settings other than to upgrade version of both software, but now those rabbets are all being cut with our 3/8 inch dia bit, which tends to dull alot faster. any ideas how i can get it to go back to using the 1/2 inch dia bit?

I would like the machine.ini and tools.thm These are located on the controller under C:\\Rolling Nest folder.
If you can also send the .esj file of cabinet file so I can take a look at these.
