Looking for a hinge recommendation

I am working with a horizontal overhead cabinet door 48 inches wide and 5 inches high. I am looking for a face frame hinge that will support the weight of the door while it is open.

I am looking for suggestions if anyone has had experience with this type of arrangement.

The only one I have ever used is the Overhead Bin Hinge from Rockler. It locks in the open position and you lift up on the door slightly to unlock it to close the door. A pair should handle a 5 x 48 door no problem but I don't know the specifications.
