Display Cube question

Hi,
I am having some trouble with a display cube. I am trying to make a 78\" half moon column. (see attached pdf file of what i am trying to make) I can not figure out how to add a radius in the part editor. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

The attached zip file has 8 jpegs showing the steps to do this.

1. I created a 16x16x78 display cube.

2. In Contour Mode of the Part Editor I placed an 8\" radius circle centered on the cube, added a line across the cube using coordinates -1,8 and 17,8 to extend it past the edges and right-clicked the mouse and chose Create Edges to define the outer edges of the cube.

3. I trimmed the lines to leave the desired shape.

4. I removed the line extending across the center of the cube.

5. After leaving Contour Mode I right-clicked and chose Create Part Using Closed Contour.

6. I selected the contour.

7. I clicked the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

8. The finished column back in the Cabinet Editor.
