I started using Wheatboard last year instead of particleboard. The raw material is wheat straw--an abundant resource that renews itself each year. It's manufactured using an adhesive that contains no formaldehyde and is also stronger, lighter, more resistant to moisture and easier to tool than particleboard. (It's smoother and almost resembles LDF)

....and when you cut it the smell is of \"just mown\" straw, kind of a welcome change from breathing PB or MDF.

Perhaps \"Manureboard\" could round out the \"farm motif\" I have going...

If you think about it, manureboard is about the same as strawboard, probably closer to hayboard, just been ran through an extra process is all..You know they feed sawdust and chicken crap to cattle on the larger corporte farms, ultimate recycling.....
