having some problems

having some problems
I am working in the shap manager making cutter and whenever i go to put a measurement in for a line it draws the line at an angle but i dont have any of the angle snaps on. When i just draw a line using ortho with no measurements it works. How do i fix this?

What I think you might be seeing is the end point of a line attached to the cursor. This happens when you enter the beginning coordinates and the cursor is located away from the starting point.
Once you enter the ending coordinates and press enter the line will be placed according to the coordinates you entered.
