Problems with saving geometry created in part editor contour

When I Create geometry in the part editor, Contour area, on the right side of the cabinet I am able to lock it in, and save it thru the Constraint Manager.
When I do the same geometry on the Left side the Constraint Manager does not recognize it
If I create the geometry last, save the cabinet, and send it to the machine, it seams to cut fine, but if I make any changes the right side geometry remains but the left side geometry is gone.
Can any one explain how to keep the geometry on both sides so a cabinet can be modifed after geometry is placed.

Are you associating the cabinet sides to the cabinet after you put the holes and constraints in them?

As the Constraint Manager dosen't Reconize any geometry or cuts. Therefore there are no cuts associate the part to the cabinet
