what is the best way to nest full 96\" side panels?
I know we have to cheat the machine by oversizing the sheet (96-3/8\"). If we have the machine set to \"nest to the edge\" of the material will it leave a full 96\" on the x axis and only try to cut the top side of the sheet or will is still try to shave something off the top and bottom of the sheet?
Seems silly with a 5' x 10' table that we cannot cut a sheet full size in one direction or the other.....(?)

Mark,
As Joe has said, the machine should cut the full 96\" length of sheet when positioning in the popup pin location. However, this will depend on the cutter dia. your using to cut outer perimeter of part. If cutter dia. is larger than 3/8 to 1/2\", you may get into the toolchanger safetly zone, which will cause e-stop condition, when rounding the corner of the sheet on back side of table (applies to barstyle toolchange machines).
