machine cutting too deep

CNC is cutting too deep on outline cuts. Dados and holes are fine it's just outline cuts.
Does anyone have a recomendation?

Nemanja, Check to see if you cut through depth has been changed somehow, also if you use the outline tool only for outlines, the tool length may be off.

it seams that the bit started walking out of the tool holder due to hiting
