Is there a way to change the pattern/grain direction in the new countertop function? I know I could use a display cube, but the countertop function is sooo... easy to use.

You can change the pattern but not the grain direction.....
But you can take the image you want, and load it up into paint or some type of photo editor. Then rotate the image and resave in the materials folder. But, the ability to do this would be nice. I will pass this onto our programmers as a request.
