how do i get the download from here to there,I download to ecabs but cant find,please remember I am stupid, oh i mean new to this.

When you download the file it asks you where you want to put it. So put it in a folder that you will remember. I have a file called other peoples cabinets, when a member has a problem I download it there, that way I know it's not one of mine. You may need to write down the folder/sub-folder you put things into until you get the hang of it.
