We are trying to find better labels to use on the cut pieces coming off our CNC Router that are easier to remove and won't leave a sticky residue - even on laminate products sitting just a a few hours. More often than not the labels are hard to remove and we end up having to use Goo-Gone to remove the residue.
We are using a Dymo LaserWriter 400 turbo label writer. So far we have tried 3 different brands of labels with no significant difference between them (Avery, Dymo, and Quill). Maybe there is a specific label by one of these manufacturers that we haven't tried yet.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

we had this problem as well, now i do my best to place the labels in places where they will never be seen if simply left on. One thing that I have noticed, is that when parts are left on the line right under our heaters, the heat often pulls the labels nearly right off. A possible solution might be to run a heat gun over the trouble labels to see if that helps... just a theory, never tried it myself.

Hutson, check these out, they call them ultra-removable. http://labelsdirect.com/dymoultra.htm
I haven't tried any so they might not stick at all. Their prices seem to be quite a bit less than the big office stores for the regular 30252 that I use.
