Rolling Nest 4.64 errors

I am using Rolling Nest 4.64 and have suddenly picked up the following problems. The machine is skipping some operations, I though that these were originally resrticted to a few outlines in the g900 quadrant but are actually random and range from not cutting one side of an item to not coming full round to clean up the in-ramp. I was also cutting a series of 75mm holes yesterday and to prevent the formation of possibly airborn discs I set the pocket settings to zig-zag. What the machine does is cut one hole with a zig-zag path and then the next with a spiral.
