Wine Cabinets - Version 7...
These are not quite the fancy wine cabinets that others have posted here, but then I don't think my clients are looking to pay for fancy.

Thanks Joseph.
As I'm sure you are aware, the problem with these custom jobs is you need to give the customer what they ask for. They wanted the big arch in the middle, the fridge and the two small cabinets to boot. And, what counts is, they love the design. Now I just need to get them to buy it...

Joe,
You ARE kidding, right???
I love this design! I only wish I had the space to put in a unit similar to this one. THEN I would fill it up with nothing but Napa Valley liquids

Would you mind telling me how you drew the gridwork for the single bottles in the upper cabinets. I just built a wine cellar, actually phase one of a 3 part cellar, and because we were on a real tight schedule, I couldn't take the time to figure out how to draw the single bottle racks. I used eCabs to design the case work and penciled in the rest. I still have 2 more parts to build and would like to design all of it with the program. Your cabinet looks great. I just saw it opn the Woodweb and thought......I've seen that somewhere before.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the kind words.
The upper units are assemblies of about 8 cabinets on each side. The wine racks are actually separate cabinets. Each of the rack pieces is actually a short shelf. Both of the sides and the back are also removed. There are way too many parts in this job... The customer is really happy with the cabinets.

George
This is how I built my single bottle racks. I used a 1 x 2 at front and back instead of a solid partition. Do you guys use solid partitions in your actual cabinet, or did you just use the solid partition for your renderings. I made 1, then copied and pasted the other 2. Seems like a pretty fast way to render the racks. Thanks for all the help.
