error verifying tool path

Post by Ray Jorgensen »

Here's a profile that I have 60' of to run. I get a error when I try to verify the tool path. Any suggestions?

Ray,

If you change the plunge depth on your tool from .75 to .749 it works. I have seen this before, when the tool is removing all the material under the flat center section, it can cause errors.

Thanks Dan - I'll give it a try in just a little while. Then let you know the outcome.
