Missing Files

I'm having a problem getting my files back into ecabinets from my back up hardrive. It all started several weeks ago when ecabinets would no longer load up. The v5 sreen would come up then just shut off. So, I removed the program and reloaded with a new registration key code. Still, the same thing would happen. When the most recent upgrade came out I downloaded that and now the program is working. I plugged in my backup hardrive and tried to copy and paste files back into the program but they all didn't make it. Most of my custom layouts are restored but none of my cabinet libraries are. When I try to open them from my c drive one of two things happens. Either nothing at all or a message that Feature ID not registered. So, what can I do to resovle this mess. Thanks Paul
