Start with the standard base frameless cabinet.
Global change construction to blind dado
Apply generic 1/8\" edgebanding to all Front edges.
Save the cabinet.
Add the cabinet to batch 3 times changing the width each time to 24\", 22\", and 21\"
Save job
CNC job and change the thickness of \"3/4\" Generic\" to .725
Check TWD file and find only one of the three cabinets.
I've had the same problem from custom layout too.
