Filler Solution

Post by skip fritz »

This may be helpful, I wanted a plain face filler , no sides, that was easy to use (positioned relatively correctly). What I did was create a frameless cabinet with a partition and delete everything out except the partition. The key is to add a sheet stock that is 4\" thich (instead of normal 3/4) and inset the back the correct # of inches to leave it 3/4\" deep, since you cannot rotate a partition. I made one for upper , one for base and one for tall cabinets. The resulting piece is handled by the program as a cabinet.
Eureka. Voila.
Thanks for the replies

Aaahhhh...you have attained enlightenment.

My mantra has long been that solutions to most eCabinets problems come through using common parts in uncommon ways.

I glad to see that you have found a method that works well for you and along the way, learned to try different methods to achieve the results you want.

Kudos!!! :D
