How come if I have a 96\" tall refridgerator cabinet, 27\" deep, the sides do not nest. The material is loaded as 48x96, seems logical that you could get a 27x96 part out of a sheet of ply 48x96.
Set the collar size to 0\" on the left side of the nesting screen and you should be able to nest.
Nsting creates an outline cut on every part and you might need to make the sheet material definition oversized (49x97) to accommodate these outline cuts.
Damon,
eCabinets always allows for a saw kerf width off one side and one end of your sheet to clean those edges. If you want to use the full sheet with factory edges you must add the width of your saw kerf to the width and length of the sheet. ex. 48 1/8\" X 96 1/8\"
