UPS is suppost to be here today with the paper work to sign for the new CS45-510. I have been dealing with my Thermwood salesman for maybe 8 or 9 years now and persistance paid off. He was very loyal and kept feeding the squeeky wheel grease, and when it came time for us to make a decision on which company to go with, there was really only one answer, \"Thermwood\". I have a stack of CNC literature sitting here on my desk from other companies and that is all they do, sent literature and never follow up. I would like to say that Bob and Kevin Varwig are great people to deal with.
Anyway, got to go now and build some cabinets to recover the blow to my checking account.
I am going to try the production sharing program, so if anyone in the Arkansas area needs parts cut, send me a PM
Thanks Dan and Dale, I hope it improves productivity also. I am convinced it will. I have wanted a router for some time now and kept waiting and waiting. I am at a point in my business where I have builders saying it is taking to long to get product out, so I made a choice between hiring more help or automating alittle. I decided the router did not call in sick, have to go home early because the pet gold fish was sick, or some BS like that, I think I made the right choice because the router shouldn't cost more than a good employee. At least that is what I said to convince the BOSS LADY!
You'll never look back. Oh, and you forgot, no Workman's Comp.! You'll find the whole Thermwood team to be great people. If you need any help, give us a shout here in the Forum and we'll be here for ya.
