TWD file error message

I have a profile on each end of this block & get an error message in the profile modler of no data. I took the champher off the end and it works fine. cut the pieces and put the champher on with the jointer. Just wondering why I can't machine both ends.

Ray,

On the surface I can see no reason why you should not be able to cut this part. However, it would help to know how you created it. That might shed some light on the problem.

You can give me a call if you like and we can talk through it. I believe you have my number. :lol:
