computer help needed
My other computer went down and i didn't have it backed up recently. Went and bought a new HP with vista. Had the geeks at best buy download my old files to this one. All my e-cab files are now listed as shortcuts and when i try to get to the files it states they have changed or moved. Can i get these or are they lost. I called best buy and the guy who worked on it is off today. They said they would call me back and after 3 hours, still no word from them. I am afraid they screwed something up and don't want to call me back. Please, someone give me a fix for this.
