Profile Modeler Question
I run into this very wierd problem when I tried to generate a CNC code in the profile modeler. It said that an error occured and it cant generate CNC code. I had some pieces that I ran before and I generated code with no problem now if I wanted to generate code for some of the old pieces the same thing happened. I have no idea what is wrong and what I did different. The matterial is within limits and tools are correct. Still I cant solve the problem. I even restarted the CNC. Any advice?

Open your windows explorer on the control. Go to D:\\DATA\\Profile Modeler directory. Right click and go to properties. Check this folder and make sure it is not marked READ ONLY. I ran a test and if it is marked READ ONLY it will not right the code for any files. Also check the files inside this folder, if they are marked read only and you load the same one back up and try to recreate the CNC file it will not create because it can not over write the existing file with the same name.
