Installing profile modeler to machine this kind of moulding

Post by DanFecteau »

We often have special moulding to machine, right now I'm using Mastercam Router to do it but it's not that easy, if I had Router Pro that would be better but before buying it I'd like to try the profile modeler. I'm gonna contact thermwood guys today to install it but do you think I'll be able to machine this kind of moulding easy ?

Thanks

I have drawn one that looks similar to that in e-cabs and cut it perfectly. It'll be a piece of cake.

Hi Dan,

We just cut one like that here using the Profile Modeler. Shouldn't be a problem.
