This may be a stupid question but ....
Our melamine supplier just offered me a deal on some 61x97 material (versus the typical 49x97) that he wants to unload. All of my programs are set up for 49x97 but in order to switch to this new size, do I need to rerun new TWD files or can this be done wholesale at the machine in Rolling Nest? At the least, can I add "scrap sheets" that are 61x97?
Since we have a 5x10 table, the machine is no problem but how do I get the program to recogninze the bigger sheets without rewriting every cabinet?
Thanks in advnace for the assistance.
I have already put in a new sheet stock material for "3/4 melamine 6197" into eCabinets but not tried to run an old one on the machine with the new material. I am hoping I don't have to reprogram everything going to global changes in eCabs and using diferent materials. But if I do, I will without complaining or asking for a new feature to be added to the next version for this once in a while thing. Just trying to save this lazy boy some work so I can go Christmas shopping.

Hey Rob,
If your twd is written your stuck to dealing with it at the machine as far as I know. I have done just what you described.
Enter your material through the add sheets, make sure you add plenty to cover the job and it will use what it needs. Quick and dirty as we say!!

Re: Material size changes
Already did that and it worked. THM won't take a 61 wide sheet but put in as 60 and it works fine, other than wasting an inch on the width. I was just wondering if there was another way around it.
I also figured out you can add multiple sheets without retyping everything as long as they are the same size. Put in the first sheet and enter it. Highlight the sheet in the list and hit add sheet. It adds another one just like it. Highlight the sheet again and hit add sheet. Keep going until done.
I will be doing this for a truckload of melamine that is 61x97 but gotta love being busy!

Hi Rob,
The machine won't take a 61" wide board because your settings for table size are set to 60" wide. You can change that to 61" if you have enough room for that sheet.
