Colors and textures freaking out....

Hi folks - I have a problem since updating my graphics driver, and need some help undoing or fixing it. I have a Dell 9100 with an NVidia GeForce 6800 card. Recently I updated the card (yes, in order to play a game, I'm sorry!!), after which Ecabs is flipping out. I'll attach a pic here. This happens in custom layout and detail room views, however when I go to presentation view it looks correct. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'd be happy to revert to the previous driver if that'll solve it - assuming someone holds my hand to get it done....

OK, I'm able to revert to a previous version of the graphics driver for that NVidia GeForce 6800, and everything returns to normal. Are there plans to tweak this so I can update my driver, or is that not on the radar? Just wondering.
