My new shop
Its taken awhile but we're pretty much done with the exception of some trim work. The shop is 1500 sq ft. Second floor is a 16 x 30 office for myself and an excersize room for my wife. It's so nice not to pay rent anymore and my commute is 30ft.

Re: My new shop
John,
Congrats on the new building. Nicely done. I wish you many successful years of commuting
I have a simular commute, but the building is not nearly as nice. I must say it's tough trying to justify to the wife that I couldn't make it to work because of a heavy snow.... I just get THAT look.....
Congratulations again, and show us some pictures when the wood dust is flying!

You know, sawdust would blend in with the color and texture, it just wouldn't be quite as shiney as the rest of the floor.Brian Shannon wrote:Very nice! I like the sawdust colored floor!

It IS a nice shop and you gotta love the commute with the price of gas.

Real nice John
My wife and I are constantly on the lookout for a nice piece of property where we can have the shop out back.
