Front toe:

Post by leigh mills »

I have a problem with my toe kick, i have it at an angle as it is on an angled unit. So it has the left front follow side and also the right. When changing the material to the toe kick it will change the toe kick back to its original position, then i wont be able to get the toe kick to the desired position again. When it goes back to the original position i can change the angle to again left and right follow side but this wont make any difference to the toe kick. does this always happen?
Thanks
Leigh

Yep. Try using a stretcher for the toe kick and you can set the angle then lock it.

I just tried putting a 12" front inset on the right end then setting top, deck and toe kick to follow right end. Everything looked fine (except the missing notch for the toe on the inset side) so I did a global material change and it kept the toe at an angle.

I was thinking "rotate" instead of "angle" on the stretcher.
